A single-storey extension to the rear of a bungalow in Kent, plus modifications to the internal layout and modifications to the roof line and external facades. Constructed from SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels), the building has the benefit of being more energy efficient, and the construction had benefited from a faster speed of build.
Kwork Architects were appointed to carry out services for the Technical Design stage of the project. Construction was completed in 2021.
